Injuries are as prevalent in wrestling as tights. Sure, there are a fair number of freak accidents that lead to injury despite proper execution. 10 Canadian Destroyer

In the early 2000s, the Canadian Destroyer was brought to the masses at Impact Wrestling. Petey Williams performed the move that added a level of danger to the already dangerous Piledriver.
