5 Tag Teams Who Will Make It Into The WWE Hall Of Fame (& 5 Who Have No Chance)
David Craig In WWE, tag team wrestling hasn't always been at the forefront. However, tag team wrestling was arguably at its hottest in the Attitude Era with several of the biggest tag teams in WWE history involved in several feuds. However, the WWE Hall of Fame has some notable absentees as several tag teams are still currently wrestling, and others may be in another company outside of WWE which is why they are currently not in the Hall of Fame.

It's a hot topic of discussion between wrestling fans and critics about who should be in the WWE Hall of Fame. Yearly, there's a spot available for a tag team to get into the WWE Hall of Fame, and unquestionably there are some certainties to get their names etched into the history books of the Hall of Fame, but there are some tag teams who are glaring omissions from the Hall of Fame for various reasons, and may never get inducted into the Hall.
10 No Chance: The Rockers
The Rockers are one of the greatest tag teams in WWE history to never win the WWE World Tag Team Championship. Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty were one of the best tag teams in the Golden Era, and their popularity was at an all-time high with their high-flying style of wrestling.
Michaels is already a two-time WWE Hall of Famer as he was the headline act in 2011, and he was inducted as a member of D-Generation X in 2019. Jannetty's issues outside of the squared circle are well-documented which is another reason why The Rockers may never go into the Hall of Fame.
9 Will Make It: The Golden Role Models
Bayley and Sasha Banks are two of the greatest women's wrestlers to grace a WWE ring. The real-life close friends became the inaugural WWE Women's Tag Team Champions in 2019, and they won the titles for a second time in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bayley and Sasha were known as the Golden Role Models for a short while as they were double champions with Bayley in the midst of becoming the longest-reigning SmackDown Women's Champion in WWE history, and Sasha held the Raw Women's Championship for a month. Their careers alone are Hall of Fame worthy as they are both Grand Slam Champions, but they should get a Hall of Fame ring as a tag team for their efforts by carrying the women's division in the COVID-19 era.
8 No Chance: Paul London & Brian Kendrick
A couple of cruiserweights in Paul London and Brian Kendrick took the tag team division by storm on SmackDown from 2006-07. London and Kendrick were popular and they captured the WWE Tag Team Championship from MNM at Judgment Day 2006.
London and Kendrick had a fantastic run as WWE Tag Team Champions, and almost a year later they dropped the titles to Deuce 'n' Domino. They won the World Tag Team Championship on a live event in 2007 when they were on Raw but they quickly dropped the titles back to Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch. However, this tag team will never go into the WWE Hall of Fame after London infamously smiled on air when Mr. McMahon was in a serious mood after his limo was set on fire.
7 Will Make It: Money Inc.
Money Inc. was one of the most successful tag teams in the Golden Era, and "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and IRS had good chemistry. They won the WWE World Tag Team Championship three times, and that alone should be enough to get them into the Hall of Fame.

DiBiase entered the WWE Hall of Fame in 2010 and IRS is yet to enter the WWE Hall of Fame. DiBiase and IRS' alliance didn't end there as a tag team as IRS continued to wrestle when DiBiase retired, and he became a member of the Million Dollar Corporation.
6 No Chance: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler
Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler were rivals in 2020, but they put their differences aside, leading to them becoming two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. It was a strange partnership, but it worked as both the Irresistible Force and the Queen of Spades looked dominant when they were on the same side.
Individually, Baszler won the NXT Women's Championship twice and Jax defeated Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women's Championship at WrestleMania 34. Despite their exploits in the tag team division, Jax and Baszler will not be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as a tandem.
5 Will Make It: Edge & Christian
Unquestionably, Edge and Christian are one of the best tag teams in WWE history. They won the WWE World Tag Team Championship seven times, and they beat their rivals the Dudley Boyz and the Hardy Boyz at WrestleMania 16, SummerSlam 2000, and WrestleMania 17 in a triangle ladder match and TLC matches.
The Rated-R Superstar was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012 when he retired prematurely in 2011 as he was diagnosed with spinal stenosis but came out of retirement in 2020. Both men are currently in AEW, and Christian should be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice both individually and alongside his best friend.
4 No Chance: La Resistance
La Resistance was a heel duo in the Ruthless Aggression Era and they made their WWE debut in 2003. Rene Dupree and Sylvain Grenier didn't take too long to beat Rob Van Dam and Kane for the World Tag Team Championship at Bad Blood. Dupree and Grenier's partnership ended when Rob Conway was added to the group and Dupree moved from SmackDown to Raw in the 2004 draft lottery.

Grenier and Conway continued to have success as a tag team as they won the World Tag Team Championship three times. La Resistance will never be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame despite their success.
3 Will Make It: The Hardys
The Hardys are one of the greatest tag teams in WWE history. Matt and Jeff are one of the most popular tag teams with fans adoring the Hardys. The Hardys won the WWE World Tag Team Championship six times, the WCW Tag Team Championship once, the Raw Tag Team Championship once, and the SmackDown Tag Team Championship once.
The nine-time WWE Tag Team Champions are currently in AEW but they are sure-fire WWE Hall of Famers. The Hardys are one of the greatest siblings to get involved in the wrestling business. They feuded with the likes of Edge and Christian, the Dudleys, and many other great tag teams in several major wrestling promotions.
2 No Chance: Demolition
Demolition is arguably the greatest tag team to never be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Demolition won the WWE World Tag Team Championship three times and Crush was involved in their third reign as Tag Team Champions under the Freebird Rule.
Demolition's second Tag Team Championship reign at 478 days was the longest Tag Team Championship reign for almost three decades, but the New Day and The Usos have since broken their record. Demolition should be in the WWE Hall of Fame but Demolition joined a class-action lawsuit against WWE which is why they haven't been enshrined into the Hall of Fame.
1 Will Make It: The Usos
The Usos have etched their names in the history books as the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team Champions in history. They held the SmackDown Tag Team Championship for 622 days which is the longest Tag Team Championship run in WWE history.
The Usos have held Tag Team Championships eight times as a tandem, and there's no doubt that they will follow in their father Rikishi's footsteps as WWE Hall of Famers. The Usos deserve a lot of credit for improving inside the ring, and being in the Bloodline alongside their cousin Roman Reigns elevated The Usos to new heights.
