He was genuinely impressed with the results and wanted to share his experience with others who might be interested in a cleanse.

The reason behind White’s physical transformation

In an earlier podcast with Action Junkeez, White revealed what triggered him to change his physical health. According to him, he visited ‘human biologist & mortality expert’ Gary Brecka. Brecka is the same person that Dana White is talking about in his recent video. After running some tests on the UFC President, Grecka revealed that White had just 10 years to live.

According to the tests, White’s triglycerides were 5 times the normal limit. This triggered White to change his lifestyle completely. Within such a short span, he has been able to bring a 180-degree change in his lifestyle and health.
