She got inspired by Joe Rogan, who had posted about going into the sauna at 194 degrees Fahrenheit, for 20 minutes. “Discomfort is the source of growth. Seek it, face it, and overcome it. On the other side of uncomfortable circumstances lays your full potential,” stated the caption.
Greca took a Temazcal ceremony of 4 rounds with 20 minutes of intense heat which was also done by Peter Attia. This apparently helps in reducing all risk mortality. The picture she posted was after her 4 rounds of 20 minutes nearly at 190-degree heat. She discovered her inner strength along with making her body stronger than before. “For me, it was a test of my ability to overcome while every cell in my body wanted to quit,” Greca said in the end.
The Albanian bodybuilder understands the importance of saunas. This process not only increases metabolism to help with weight loss, but also cures diseases.
