Things have not been going too well for Hulk Hogan these days and it doesn't look like they are going to be getting better any time soon. In fact, they could possibly get a lot worse!

The National Enquirer is reporting that The Hulkster is being accused of lying under oath in his current lawsuit against Gawker. Seth Berlin is a Gawker attorney and he has told a judge that he has information that Hogan made conflicting statements during a talk with the FBI and under oath during a deposition. "So we have a situation… where the key participant, the plaintiff, is telling us one thing under oath and telling the FBI something else."

If Hogan lied to the FBI that would be obstruction of justice and if he lied at the deposition as well, that would be perjury. And both of those crimes could be punishable with jail time.

As defense attorney Anthony Brooklier told the Enquirer: “That’s how Martha Stewart got nailed. It wasn’t insider trading that put her in jail. It was the lie she told to the cops."
