For decades, immigration has been a rather controversial issue in the US, and by the looks of things, it is not going down any soon. TV shows have tried to adapt that controversy into a series worth binging on, but so far, none has brought it out as clearly as Coyote does, the enthralling drama series streaming on Paramount.

Created by David Graziano, the series tells the story of Ben Clemens, the retired Border patrol agent who for 32 years has prevented immigrants from getting past the border. Thirty-two years later, he is forced to ally with the same people he worked so hard to keep at bay. With a rating of 6.8 out of 10 on IMDB, will we get a second dose of Clemens?

Coyote Season 2 Release Date: When will it be telecast?

While there’s been no official word yet on whether Coyote has been canceled and won’t receive a second season, the fact that the show has been removed from Paramount+ is definitely raising some concerns. In February 2023, the streaming platform decided to part ways with several other shows like Jordan Peele’s The Twilight Zone, Real World: Homecoming, No Activity, The Harper House, and Guilty Party, alongside Coyote.

The removal was not explained, but it coincided with Showtime’s merger with Paramount+. Both platforms were getting rid of certain titles during the transition period. Unfortunately, this turn of events has disappointed Coyote fans, as the series is nowhere to be found online and unavailable for purchase on DVD.

Therefore, the show can now not attract new viewers, apart from those who caught its six-episode run before it was pulled from streaming. Despite the desire from fans to see what happens next in Ben Clemens’ story, Paramount+ has expressed no interest in continuing the series.
