Dolph Ziggler is one of the most decorated Superstars in WWE history. Despite Ziggler having two reigns with the World Heavyweight Championship, WWE does not acknowledge him as a Grand Slam Champion, as they no longer consider the title as an acceptable criterion to get the distinction.
Aside from that, he's also a six-time Intercontinental and two-time United States Champion. He has also held the Tag Team Championship four times. He needs to win the WWE or Universal Championship to get his name inked on the list of WWE Grand Slam Champions.

WWE's Goddess, Alexa Bliss, is one of the most decorated Superstars in the company's women's division. She's a former three-time Raw Women's Champion, two-time SmackDown Women's Champion, and has held the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship on two occasions with Nikki Cross.
She has to win the NXT Women's Championship to complete her collection and get her name among the list of Grand Slam Champions. She could follow Charlotte Flair's footsteps and challenge for the NXT Women's Championship despite being a member of the main roster once she comes back from her hiatus.
6 Shinsuke Nakamura
In a perfect world, Shinsuke Nakamura would already be a Grand Slam Champion, but he got stuck in the wrong reality where he's floundering in the mid-card.
The King of Strong Style is the current Intercontinental Champion, in his second reign. He is also a former two-time United States Champion, and two-time NXT Champion. He has held the SmackDown Tag Team Championship with Cesaro on one occasion. He needs the WWE or Universal Championship to complete the grand slam, and that could still happen if WWE has some faith in Nakamura.

The Almighty Bobby Lashley is having the best WWE run of his career, and he has a strong chance of reclaiming the WWE Championship. Aside from his reign as WWE Champion, Lashley has two reigns each with the Intercontinental, United States, and ECW Championship.
He needs to win the Raw or SmackDown Tag Team Championship to complete his grand slam. He has the perfect opportunity to do that with his Hurt Business partners MVP, Cedric Alexander, and Shelton Benjamin, and we could see The Almighty's name among the list of Grand Slam Champions very soon.

All he needs is the United States Championship to become a Grand Slam Champion. However, it might take some time as he's on SmackDown and the US title is exclusive to Raw. With over sixteen World Championships and other accolades, including two Royal Rumble wins, John Cena has achieved almost everything in his WWE career. The only achievement that has been evading Cena is the Grand slam distinction, as he needs one more title to get his name on the list.
Aside from the World titles, John Cena is a five-time United States Champion and a four-time Tag Team Champion. He just needs to win the Intercontinental Championship to complete his grand slam. However, in this stage of his career, the chances of Cena winning a mid-card title might be entirely off the cards, and we might never see his name on the list of Grand Slam Champions.
2 Big E
After over a decade in WWE, Big E is finally getting his due with a reign as the current WWE Champion. 1 Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens has his sights set on the WWE Championship, and with the rumors of him leaving WWE once his contract expires, we could very-well see the promotion put the WWE title on him in an effort to make him stay. However, if KO decides to leave, he will also leave behind the opportunity to become a Grand Slam Champion.
With Owens already being a former Universal Champion, NXT Champion, three-time United States Champion, and two-time Intercontinental Champion, he just needs a Tag Team Championship to complete his collection and become a Grand Slam Champion.
