Meet Brittany Matthews Mom, Diana Massey

Diana Massey is the mom of Brittany Matthews who was previously married to her father Scott Matthews. After their divorce, Diana married Paul Massey. Sadly in November 2018, Diana’s husband Paul collapsed outside Arrowhead Stadium before the game and later died.

According to KCTV in Kansas City, paramedics were quickly on the scene, but they were unable to revive Massey, who was attending the game with a group that includes Patrick Mahomes’ father.

Brittany wrote on her Instagram, “Today is a day I will never forget. Directly after this picture, I sprinted to the front entrance to see my stepdad passed out! He did not come back from this and he was called to heaven today! I KNOW 100% he is so happy up there with his kids looking down on us cheering loud that his chiefs won today! Thank you everyone for the prayers and sweet text! We will miss you Paul So So So Much! I will take care of mom for you”.

In 2020, Diana hinted at dating another man. Now she tied the knots with him on 15 May 2021 and now they are happily married. A few days after their wedding Diana wrote on her Instagram, “Great wedding weekend!!. Thank you to all friends and family who helped and attended our special day!!”

Although the relationship between her mother and her father soured, Brittany was close to her father and posted and tweeted about him on her socials. Like, on Father’s Day 2022, she wrote, “Happy Fathers Day to my daddio! So grateful for you and everything you do for Devin and me!
