Fallout 76 takes place in Appalachia after it has been nuked during the great war. Because of the nukes, players must craft items to help them survive in Appalachia. The land of Fallout 76 is riddled with human enemies and monsters created from the radiation left after the bombs dropped.

One of the bigger mutated enemies that players will want to take down is the Queen Mirelurks. Queen Mirelurks is a classic Fallout enemy and it made its return to Fallout 76. There are plenty of reasons why players would want to hunt down Queen Mirelurks. Here, we are going to go over the locations where players can typically find the Queen Mirelurk.

Where Is The Queen Mirelurk In Fallout 76?

Queen Mirelurks is one of the few boss-class enemies in Fallout 76. Queen Mirelurks have been around in the Fallout series for a couple of years now, so knowing their locations is pretty important. On top of that, sometimes, there are weekly or daily quests that ask you to take down the Queen Mirelurk. With all of that being said, here are the locations where players can find the Queen Mirelurk:

• Quarry X3
• Cranberry Glades
• Highland Marsh
• Sunrise Field
• Spruce Knobe
• The Freak Show

Sometimes, there are events that will feature the Mirelurk Queen. Look out for the Primal Cuts Event or the Heart of the Swamp Event if you are hunting down the Mirelurk Queen. When facing the Mirelurk Queen, aim for the legs, as that area is unprotected and will do the most damage against it.

Why Won't The Mirelurk Queen Spawn In Fallout 76?

There are some occasions when you go to one of the above locations, and you will not find the Mirelurk Queen. One of the reasons could be that another player killed the Mirelurk Queen, or it might just not have spawned yet. There are a couple of remedies that players can do to flush out the Mirelurk Queen.

Players can kill all the normal Mirelurks around the area. This could agitate the Mirelurk Queen and force it to appear. But if this does not work, server hopping is your best bet. Getting into a new server will likely yield the best results in making the Mirelurk Queen appear. We recommend you do so if you are having trouble finding the Mirelurk Queen.
