In October 2022, a lawsuit was filed against Dwayne Johnson and some other top names in the pro wrestling industry by the former WWE developmental star, Trenesha Biggers. The suit claimed that Johnson, along with many others, tried to kidnap her and her children when the police arrested her for interference with child custody and “aggravated kidnapping facilitate.”

In the lawsuit, she also demanded $3 billion from the defendants as recompensation. For almost eight months, the case was at a halt, as there was no news of its proceedings. Recently, it was revealed that the District Court dismissed the lawsuit.

Lawsuit against Dwayne Johnson and others dismissed

PWInsider revealed that United States District Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain dismissed Biggers’ lawsuit on Monday 6/12. The lawsuit defendant list was quite big as the former TNA star accused a plethora of stars of indulging in criminal activity.

Biggers had blamed Nikki Bella, The Miz, Maryse, current Impact Wrestling star Heath Miller, the late Chris Benoit, and several other top names in the industry for planning to abduct her and her children. She had also sued many governmental bodies for being conspirers in her kidnapping plan.

Biggers has been a controversial figure in the pro wrestling industry. The El Paso Police Department is still on her hunt for her, on a charge of interference with child custody.

She gained recognition among the fans mainly because of her controversy with Johnson and other stars, as her wrestling career was very brief.

A highlight of Trenesha Biggers’ pro wrestling career

Biggers’ pro wrestling career started with WWE. The Stamford-based company hired her in 2005 and assigned her to the developmental territory, Deep South Wrestling (DSW). But shortly after, the company released her in February 2006.

For two years, she spent her wrestling days in independent circuits. In February 2008, she came to TNA where the promotion introduced her as ‘Rhaka Khan’. Just more than a year later, in October 2009, she parted ways with TNA as well.

After leaving TNA, the fans saw her in the first season of Lucha Libre USA. In the promotion, she appeared as ‘Tigresa Caliente’. Just like the rest of the promotions, her time at Lucha Libre was a short one as she went MIA from the wrestling industry in 2011.
