At 626 feet and 57 stories high, Haus25 (located at 25 Christopher Columbus Drive) is the fifth-tallest building in Jersey City. All 750 units will feature vinyl wood plank floors, quartz countertops with full-height backsplash, stainless steel appliances in the kitchens, Bosch washers and dryers and Moen, Koehler, and Sterling fixtures in the baths. Select units will have private terraces, many with stunning NYC & Statue of Liberty views.

Residential amenities include a fitness center with yoga and spin studios, a resort-style pool and spa, a game room, a children's playroom, a two-lane bowling alley, a golf simulator, an indoor lounge, an outdoor lounge with fire pits and fireplaces, grilling stations, a dog run, a pet-washing station, and sky terrace with private dining. The new building will include a new public school and landscaped public plaza, and is well situated near Grove Street dining and nightlife, a new Whole Foods outpost, and PATH and ferry stops.
