Kali Muscle is an Internet bodybuilding sensation who has gone through a lot of hurdles to be where he is today. He is a fitness influencer and businessman with more than 400 million views on YouTube. Muscle went through a cardiac arrest in 2021, which changed his outlook on living and nutrition. After going through the near-fatal experience, he decided to change his dietary habits. 

Muscle started having a full watermelon diet for 32 days, and even after fainting on the 26th day he still continued the night and found a lot of benefits. Muscle recently also revealed that his blood work came out very well, and he seems to be healthier than before. In a recent YouTube live, he not only introduced his fruit diet to people but also to a newly launched company.

Muscle started the live video with Simonellistitches, who was going to be a major part of his merchandise for the new company. The name of the company is ‘Crackies’ which provides wholesome cookies that are healthy and tasty. While giving a cylindrical jar of cookies to Simon, Muscle said that he was addicted to those cookies. The bodybuilder said, “ I was addicted to them before we started the watermelon challenge. I was taking down like, when the kids gone to bed I would lay them out three of them.” 

He started off by talking about his merchandise being printed in the factory. The merchandise is very quirky and has the company name stitched on it. The next thing he does is go to a huge vendor and see all the scrumptious and fresh watermelons lying together and even click pictures with the watermelon. Kali also obtains some fresh apples for himself, along with some honey. The labels read that the honey is organic and muscle does not take anything without checking them properly.

Muscle is also seen eating wholesome dates directly out of the box and loves the taste. Muscle talks about his new company that is going to start by selling wholesome cookies and will have interesting merchandise for people who love to cook and bake. The merchandise consists of of green chef hat, and apron. After showing his merch he decided to show his all-fruit diet. Muscle says, “Watermelon fans, we are still in our fruit mission, on our fruit diet, on our fruitarian path.” He took Yellow watermelon, cucumber, apples, and seeding grapes, and made juice out of them to drink. The fitness icon is doing it for longevity and even after the watermelon-only diet left him unconscious, he still continued it for his better health, and it was beneficial.

He fell unconscious on the 26th day of his whole watermelon diet. The 48-year-old bodybuilder was doing a set of curls when he fainted. Now, after the diet was over, he said that he was feeling healthier than before.

In this latest live video, he revealed that fish is not good for his health, and he was eating salmon and spinach every day one year ago, which might’ve left his heart condition in a poor state. Muscle also warned people not to be overconfident about health, and to look after their health by abstaining from addictions.
