Marc Castro is set to appear on his 5th undercard featuring Canelo Alvarez as he will face off Kevin Montiel. The bout will take place on the undercard of the trilogy clash between Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on September 17th.

Montiel, on the other hand, is also a 23-year-old boxer hailing from Mexico. He stands at 5-feet-4-inches tall and has a 67-inch reach. Montiel has competed in 9 professional bouts and has a record of 6-2-1 with 3 KO victories.

Castro is considered to be a great talent coming from an amateur boxing background. He has competed in 54 amateur bouts and also made waves since he turned pro. Heading into the fight, Castro is certainly the favorite to win. Despite his lack of professional bouts, the American boxer has plenty of experience competing in amateur bouts and is a seasoned boxer.
