Matt Grandstaff, senior community manager for Bethesda, has posted over on the US PS Blog some of the companions you can have in Fallout: New Vegas.

They're an interesting bunch to say the least.

Like Fallout 3, New Vegas allows you to have one humanoid and one non-humanoid companion at any time, which will come in handy at some point, obviously.

Humanoid Companions range from your normal humans to Super Mutants and Ghouls and are: Arcade, Boone, Cass, Lily, Raul, and Veronica.

Non-Humanoids are ED-E, a highly customized “duraframe” Eyebot, and Rex the Cyber-Hound.

Fallout: New Vegas releases on October 19 in the US and October 22 in the UK for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
