Sunny Deol has been famous for his loud dialogue delivery. Some may say it's his signature style too. He was cast in Chup: Revenge of the Artist by R. Balki alongside Dulquer Salmaan and Shreya Dhanwanthary before the humongous success of Gadar 2.


Speaking about the same, the director spoke about how his casting was last-minute because they needed someone to bring in all the shouting. He was quoted on a leading entertainment portal, "What should I scream?', Sunny had asked. To which the filmmaker said, "Open the door and just scream bast**d loudly.” He did it, and the whole floor shook. Somebody came running, asking what was happening. Everybody wanted to see Sunny shouting.

Even though Chup did not mint much money at the box office, Sunny Deol's next which is Gadar 2 was a mega blockbuster.
