TikTok user Sonali let her followers know she owned a pair of leggings that had started to look past their best due to pilling and holes. She discovered the Lululemon hemming service and immediately set out to take advantage of it by cropping her old leggings into a pair of biker shorts that are, in her words, "so cute."

This hem hack is perfect if you're on the shorter side or prefer a cropped cut over full length. The official policy is outlined on Lululemon's website and confirms the retail giant does indeed offer "complimentary hemming on tops and pants across at all of our stores." Fortunately, no receipt or tags are needed either, meaning you can use this service for older items as well as newer ones. 

In fact, this service also applies if you bought your tops and leggings used or secondhand. As stated in a list of Lululemon secrets from Style Democracy, you can still get these items altered and hemmed if you ask in store. It isn't just hemming, either. Ripped seams and holes can be mended too, making your Lululemon leggings a good long term investment.
