Ukrainian 90 Day Fiancé star Yara Zaya is scared because of the Russian-Ukraine war. She wants the conflict to end and help rebuild her nation.

Former 90 Day Fiancé star Yara Zaya is determined to rebuild Ukraine after the ongoing Russian war. The Ukrainian native first arrived in the United States in 2020 to marry her boyfriend, Jovi Dufren. It has been more than two years that Yara hasn't been able to travel to her home country to be with her family, especially her mother. Until a few months ago, the 27-year-old reality star was excited to take her daughter, Mylah, to Ukraine. Jovi was also looking forward to having his baby girl meet her maternal grandmother. However, Russia's invasion of Ukraine derailed the couple's plans in February 2022.

In the last two months, 90 Day Fiancé viewers have noticed that Yara was stressed and worried about the well-being of her family and friends who were stuck in Ukraine. She has been doing everything in her power to bring them to safety. Even after Yara's family made it to a safe place, she didn't stop protesting the attacks on Ukraine online. Yara featured on Fox News and expressed that she could not sleep amid the Russian bombings on Kyiv.

It has been almost 60 days, and Russian troops are still in Ukraine, trying to claim victory. However, Yara is hopeful that this war will soon end. She is looking forward to rebuilding her nation with the help of her family, fellow Ukrainians, and her American husband. She posted a picture to promote a new 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, 90 Day Diaries: Ukraine, and captioned it with "I still can't believe that this is true, when I communicate with volunteers and people who managed to escape, I get scared." Yara is sorry for Ukrainians who have been going through this difficult time. But she affirmed that she and Jovi would do everything they can to help Ukrainian refugees in need.
